A little of this... a little of that...

After a nice stress free weekend, it's back to the lonely office. Dr. B and family are still out of town so I'll be by myself all this week. I'm tellin' ya, it's Monday and the walls are already moving!

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to take the photos I had planned on taking this weekend. Sad but we've rescheduled for this coming weekend. Maybe I'll have some to show you then. I also plan on setting up two more shoots this week. We shall see.

My sister and nephew stopped by my parents' house yesterday. It was good to see them. I haven't seen Megan and Silas since December of 2006 on account of them living 12 hours away. I hope to see more of them next weekend too. I sure have missed them! Silas is getting so big. He will be nine this year which is crazy to believe!

With not much else to report, I thought I'd share some Linky Love. Maybe we'll learn something, discover something, or have some fun! Enjoy!

Charmed Designs is a blog that I subscribe to through my Reader. Dana makes homemade jewelry and sells them here. Some of her pieces are just beautiful! You have to act fast to get the one you want though. They sell pretty quickly!

Some of you may have heard of a singing group by the name of Selah. Well, one of their band members recently had a difficult time in their family. You can find Audrey Caroline's story here. However, I strongly advise you start from the beginning, and make sure you have your tissues ready.

Being Five is a cute little comic strip, supposedly posted by a five year old using voice recognition software. It's quite amusing. You really out to check it out.

When I have a little time on my hands, I like to go play games. A personal favorite on Pogo's site is a game call Poppit!. Check it out... but only if you have something like five hours to play. It's a little addictive.

If you're into puzzles, you should really check out National Geographic's website. They have an aweome jigsaw puzzle selection. If you'd rather do slider puzzles, they have those too. And again, enter at your own risk. You could be there awhile!

I've discovered another photo editing site. I have previously fallen in love with Google's Picasa (download it here, it's free). However, there were some limitations on what I could do. I just haven't been able to spend the time on figuring out my ancient Photoshop 4.0 so through a recommendation from a friend, I discovered Picnik. It's pretty neat! It can pull your photos from all different sources. If you have Facebook, Myspace, Flickr, Photobucket, etc., it can find your photos, let you edit to your heart's desire, and even put a new copy back where they found it. It's a lot of fun!

Ever wondered how an election works? A car? A photobooth? Here's the place to go, How Stuff Works. They have just about anything you can imagine!

With that said, I'll leave you to your findings! Enjoy!
